To retrieve your password, visit the Account Login page. From there, you will see a Forgot Your Password link right below the fields asking for your login information. When prompted, enter your email address to have a new password mailed to you automatically.
When will my credit appear in my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days to process from the time we receive your returned item(s).
