|There is a problem with my order|
|Imaginus cares about its customers and is committed to providing complete customer satisfaction. We pack expertly using high quality materials to protect your purchase. While rare, damage in transit can still occur.
If your order should arrive in unsatisfactory condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and a second of the shipping tube. Attach them to an email and send to email@example.com. Please include your Order # and the Product Code(s) of any damaged items as well as a brief description of the reason for the return in the body of your email. Also, be sure to let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request will be processed within 3 days.
If your order does not arrive within the usual shipping time, or if your order arrives and is incomplete, please Contact Us immediately to resolve the problem.
|Has my order shipped?|
|Click the My Account link at the top right corner of our site for a full list of account-related options. From there you can review the status of an order by clicking the Review orders link.
|How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?|
|Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. From there, click the Change Quantities / Cancel Orders link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.|
